Bed and Breakfast in Loiret (France)

Acquired in 1838 by Anne de Jaucourt, Duchess of LORGES De Durfort-Civrac for her daughter Eudoxie, the latter transformed and enlarged the “Giraudière”. It is only around 1916, when the estate belonged to the Duke ROBERT that the name of ”The Villa” imposed itself. It was then sold in 1943 to a Parisian chemist. In 1960 the house became the property of the ANDRES family until 2012, when Marie, Victoire and Robert LACOSTE acquired it.
The estate consists of a bourgeois house, Sologne style outbuildings, a caretaker’s house dating back to the era of Napoleon III and a stable.
